WIS Finalists Hong Kong Young Writer’s Award 2019

Congratulations to Armelle Donaldson (11Q1) and Gayathri Eyunni (9Y1) for their position as finalists in this year’s Hong Kong Young Writers Award.

Their creative writing was credited by the judges as being ‘beautifully composed, imaginative, thoughtful and insightful.’ This is fantastic praise for both students and justified recognition of their effort, research, and intelligence.

In addition to being in this year’s WIS Yearbook, their work will be published in the 2019 HKYWA Anthology soon to be available in the school library and across Hong Kong schools.
