SRDC Charity Raffle 2016

The SRDC (The Society for the Relief of Disabled Children) are currently selling raffle tickets to raise money for the Genetic Disorders Project, a very important medical project that can make a huge difference in the patients’ life.

If any WIS students feel strongly about the cause and would like to help out, please contact Ms Luck.

Below is a brief introduction of the project:

Genetic Disorders is a very rare and fatal disease, and this project is the only chance they get to have a free and accurate diagnosis in Hong Kong, which helps cure complications at early stages and lessen their risk of death. Impoverished families simply cannot afford the costs of sending blood samples overseas for diagnosis and this project, initiated by The University of Hong Kong, is a pioneer in the local medical field.
