The Inter Dynasty Athletics Heats (IDAH) will allow every student the opportunity to participate, contribute to and integrate with their Dynasty and Year Group.

Please be aware of the following:

• The events on offer will be: Track:  100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, Hurdles (100m); Field: Shot Put, Discus, Javelin, Long Jump, High Jump & Triple jump

• You can enter a MAXIMUM of three events plus a relay: 2 track events and 1 field event or 2 field events and 1 track event.

• Sign up for your events at the track.
• A Dynasty point will be awarded for every event entered.
• Think about your entry. (eg. 200m is not as popular as 100m so you may have more chance in the 200m).
• Every Dynasty must have at least 2 boys and 2 girls in each event.
• You should come to school in PE kit on the morning of your heats. Put your valuables in a locker.
• The 4 x 100m relay will take place if there is time, otherwise on Finals Day.
• Parents are most welcome so please invite them. If they would be willing to help (eg. timekeeping) please let the PE Faculty know.
