Student Culinary Experience for Horizons Week 2019

Looking for a culinary experience

Dear Parents,

It has been my pleasure to run a culinary experience for students during Horizons Week for a number of years.  

The students learn new recipes and compete in teams to produce a three course meal of top quality and creativity.  

We are looking for a culinary experience of any description to help students understand the industry of food in the wider context.

Previously we have been lucky enough to have a tour of the JW Marriott outlets, see how a working kitchen runs and be introduced to some of the business aspects of the company.
