Principal’s Message

Dear Parents, Staff, Students and Friends of WIS,

A warm thanks to the parents who supported students throughout the night for the 24 hour race. Organised to raise funds and awareness against human trafficking, eight teams competed round the clock.

We are nearly there……a long term still being driven by hard work and success of our students. This week has been a golden week for netballers as two of the West Island teams have brought home winning cups. Grade A have placed third and Grade B won their leagues. Congratulations to you all for such a compelling season! The all WIS team playing for the Hong Kong Scottish Netball team also won their under 16 league as well as the HKFC netball team winning their league too.  Great performance ladies!

Kamakshi held our attention yesterday as she shaved her head for a children’s cancer charity. Setting herself the goal to raise US$5000, already surpassed with the full cheers of students and parents. A role model to us all.

Looking forward to hearing the song and dances of our elves this evening!
