Kamakshi Bhavnani at StartmeupHK Festival Venture Forum

Well done to Kamakshi Bhavnani who was invited to present her business idea at the StartmeupHK Festival Venture Forum in mid January.

Her idea was to build a website (http://www.toptoysforu.com/) where kids can read and write review about toys to start with and later donate, trade and sell these toys. The beta version of the website has been launched during Chinese New Year and the global launch is during Easter.

The StartmeupHK Festival is a government organised annual event and the Venture Forum is the highlight of the week-long Festival where startups and key participants from the four industry verticals as well as international speakers gathered under one roof and shared new ideas.

It was a great honour and a fantastic opportunity for her. She presented on stage to over 1,500 festival attendees which included the media and press.

Well done to Kamakshi and we wish her much success for her unique business venture!
