Junior Girls ID Hockey

It was a wonderful sporting event with over 60 girls competing in the WIS ID girls junior hockey. It was a close competition and the bonus points which were awarded for having yr 7,8 and 9 in your team, or scoring over 5 girls impacting the results.

Captains were superb in organsing their teams and it was great to see Senior Hockey players volunteering to referee.

The accolade of Player player were awarded to the following girls in each Dynasty:
Han: Kala Sharpless
Ming: Sam Welsh
Qing: Sophie Lau
Sung: Olivia Neimy and Lauren Darley
Tang: Kate Lew
Yuan: Isabelle Early

Final results were:
6th: Qing
5th: Yuan
4th: Han
3rd: Song
2nd: Ming
1st: Tang

Well Done to all those who participated. Junior hockey takes place on Tues and Thurs in term 2 with matches against other schools. Dont forget to sign up!
