First ID Competition of the Year: Indoor Rowing

Start as you mean to go on!

West Island Students started the new school year as they mean to go on. A fantastic turnout was on show during the first Inter-Dynasty Event of the year. We were fortunate enough to have the RHKYC in attendance to help promote rowing and sailing in Hong kong, alongside Ms Fu who put together an unforgettable Dynasty experience.

The atmosphere was electric, and each Dynasty was represented to compete in a very competitive indoor rowing event.

Congratulations to Song who were the overall winners. However there were plenty of bonus points handed out for Dynasty spirit, representation, and to Ming, who recorded the quickest 200m time on the day of 7:48sec!

Well done to the Dynasty Leaders and all involved. A great start to the new academic year.
