WIS at Hong Kong Inter Schools Aquathlon Championship 2016

The Hong Kong Inter Schools Aquathlon Championship, or AQUAWIZ took place on April 24 at Repulse Bay. 56 schools from all over HK took part in the competition which included a run, followed by a swim and another run. With 215 competitors and 12 divisions to compete in, it was a hard task for our 19 entries from WIS.

We are excited to announce that WIS went on to place first in the A Grade and B Grade boys, and place second in the C Grade Boys and D Grade Girls. There were some outstanding individual performances too.

Congratulations to James Tan who placed first and Miles Williams who placed second in the A Grade Boys division. Aaron Khemlyani placed second in B Grade Boys and Lorenzo Croci placed fourth in D Grade Boys.

The girls did superbly too with Anjali Khemlyani placing first in the B Grade Girls division and Seychelle Rowe placing second in the D Grade Girls division.

Overall, WIS performed outstandingly and deserve many accolades for their many wins at the 2016 Aquathlon.
