Donations for PTA School Fair Raffle

Dear Parents,

We are reaching out to the school community as we are looking for donations for both the WIS PTA Licensed Raffle and our ‘New Goods’ Stall for our annual school fair next year (Saturday 16 March).

The Raffle is one of the single biggest fund-raising efforts in the year, and is drawn on the day of the Fair.  The PTA are actively looking for new contacts who would be happy to donate a prize – no matter how big or small! We would love to hear from any parents who would like to contribute a raffle prize.

If anyone has any contacts, for example, in the restaurant, hotel, airline, leisure, spa, luxury apparel or electronic industries, please do let us know.   All donations need to be confirmed by the end of November in order to comply with the licensing regulations.

In addition, our Fair committee are always looking for sale samples for their ‘New Goods’ Stall’.  We are extremely fortunate in being the recipients of donations made by families over the past few years. However, we are always looking out for new sales samples, excess stock and showroom samples.
