WIS Spring Gala Concert – 27 March

We would like to invite you to join us for the WIS Spring Gala Concert held on Wednesday 27 March, 7.00 – 8:15pm in the Auditorium, level 3 at WIS.  The concert will feature performances from Sinfonia, WIS Singers and WIS Trills, WIS Jazz Band, Clarinet and Saxophone Ensemble, Cantare Singers and special guest performers the HK SEN Choir. WIS students involved in this Circle in the Water production have been practising and preparing for the performance for the last few months so we hope you will join us. 

Tickets

Tickets are $50HKD for adults and $30HKD for students, performers do not need to buy a ticket. There is no limit to the number you can order. You should have received an email from WIS regarding ordering your tickets. Please follow the instructions on the enotice to make your purchase.

For parents of students involved in the concert only:

Uniform

The performers are required to wear the WIS concert uniform.  Depending on their ensemble they should try to wear the appropriate concert shirt available from the PTA store for $120HKD.

• Sinfonia/Jazz Band/instrumental performers: Black shirt
• Choir/Cantare/all singers: White shirt

If students are in two or more groups, they are only required to purchase/wear one shirt on the night, there is no need to change shirts. All students must wear formal black shoes/sandals, black dress pants or trousers, no track pants or jeans. Girls may wear pants or a long black, or ankle length skirt. PTA have limited stocks available and if you are unable to purchase the uniform a plain, long sleeved black or white shirt will be satisfactory.

We also be handing some awards to recognise the commitment and achievements of a few individual students – we look forward to celebrating with you.
