Annual PTA Membership/Bus Pass Applications/Stationery and Uniform for 2019-2020

Dear Parents,

Welcome, once again, to the 2019/2020 PTA Online Ordering System.  Please follow the steps below to place your child(ren)’s

STEP 1 – LOGIN TO THE PTA ONLINE SHOP via the following school website: www.wis.edu.hk click on the round pink PTA icon, located on the front page, on the same line as “STRENGTH FROM DIVERSITY”.  If you have forgotten your login details, click on Forgotten Password/Family ID under the LOGIN section of the Online Shop and submit your email address.  New details will be emailed to you.

STEP 2 – PROCESS YOUR PTA MEMBERSHIP by clicking on the PTA fees icon and add to cart before proceeding with your order(s).  Under the ESF Ordinance, all families must be members of the WIS PTA.  Membership is per family and payable annually. The fee for 2019/2020 is $500.

STEP 3 – PLACE YOUR STATIONERY AND UNIFORM ORDERS

Once you have added the PTA Membership fee to the ‘cart’ you can proceed with the ordering of stationery and uniform.  If you have more than one child at the school, you can place all the orders together.  Once you have completed your order, press the submit button.

STEP 4 – SUBMISSION PROCEDURE.  Once you have submitted your order, print off the confirmation and submit this together with your cheque, made payable to WIS PTA LTD, as soon as possible to:  PTA Office, West Island School, 250 Victoria Road, Pok Fu Lam, Hong Kong.

ORDERS WILL ONLY BE PROCESSED ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

STEP 5 – BUS APPLICATION.   This must be separate from PTA Fees/Stationery & Uniform Orders.  A new bus pass is required for the start of each academic year.   Please ensure you enclose a up to date PASSPORT SIZED PHOTO and a stamped ($2.00 postage stamp), self-addressed envelope with your application form and payment cheque(s).

Please be reminded that a NEW BUS PASS is required for the start of the new term in August.  Passes are processed on a first come first served basis, seats cannot be reserved/guaranteed.  Even if you have placed your application online, if payment has not been received you can still lose your seat on the bus.  There are a number of buses that fill up quickly.

You can check if payment has been received by logging on and looking under ”History” on your account.

STEP 6 – COLLECTION OF ORDERS:

The PTA Shop will be open during the first week of school for collection of online orders ONLY.

Online orders and payments can be made during the summer – Please allow 3 days between submission of the order and collection, for packing by our volunteers. If you wish to post your order to the PTA, please remember the minimum postage is $2.00.  Letters that have insufficient postage are retained by the Post Office.

Collection dates:  Monday 12 August from 10am to 4pm and Tuesday 13 August from 9am to 4pm.

We hope you all have a wonderful summer break.

Yours faithfully,

PTA Team
