WIS Hosts Kings of the Concrete

West Island School became the first venue outside of Island School since the Kings of the Concrete 4-a-side volleyball tournament began up Borrett Road back in the 1990’s!

With the reconstruction of Island School the venue was no longer suitable to host the traditional tournament so WIS stepped up!

This year saw over 50 current and ex-students enter the tournament with ages ranging from 12 year olds to 45 year olds!

A great day of volleyball in the Sports Hall played in a fantastic atmosphere.

Well done to all the WIS teams that entered and lets make it even bigger and better next year.
