The challenge begins on the week beginning Monday 15 January 2018 and finishes on Friday 23 March 2018.
Each week you try to achieve as many fitness points as you can through attendance and achievement at WIS Fitness opportunities and personal fitness sessions. The aim through commitment and personal improvement is to accumulate as many points as possible, with the top ten fitness fanatics being rewarded with some fantastic prizes, including Garmin GPS watches, North Face technical running shoes, Yurbud earphones and various other amazing prizes.
This challenge rewards dedication and improvement and it doesn’t matter what level of fitness you are, anyone can enroll and find success.
